30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective 

• You received the wrong item 

• Your package arrived incomplete 

• You are not satisfied with your purchase

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We Offer Refunds For:

• Damaged or leaking items 

• Incorrect items sent in error 

• Missing items 

• Dissatisfaction with product quality (first-time orders) 

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products 

• Bulk/wholesale orders 

• “Change of mind” once an order has shipped 

• Items outside the 30-day window 

For safety and product integrity, we do not accept physical returns of opened consumables. 

In most cases, we will process your refund or replacement without requiring the product back.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email our support team with:

1. Your Order Number 

2. Reason for your request 

3. Photo(s) of the issue (if damaged, leaking, or incorrect item)

Our team typically responds within 1 business day.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

1. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early). 

2. Check with neighbors or building management. 

3. Email us — we will open a carrier investigation and assist with a solution.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address:

• Contact us immediately. 

• If the order has not shipped, we can update it. 

• If it has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. 

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs, or re-sent with a new shipping fee.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

For damaged or defective items, we will send a free replacement right away.
